How to clean your teeth and gums properly?

There's no need to push the sonic toothbrush, just gently apply pressure to the brush head so that it touches your teeth and gums at the same time. Ideally, the brush should be held at a 45-degree angle to the teeth and gums. There is no need to move the sonic toothbrush in a circular motion, the gentle vibrations take care of everything. Move the toothbrush from one tooth to the next and proceed in sections. The front teeth are at higher risk of tartar build-up, so orient the brush vertically and brush the surface of each tooth for at least a few seconds.
