Have you purchased an item from our e-shop and it does not meet your expectations? No problem:

For dental hygiene products (electric toothbrushes, oral irrigators), you have 100 days to return the item from the date you received it.

For all other Truelife products, you have the legal right to return the item within 14 days from the date you received it. Fill out the form below and send the item to:
