How Our Products Are Made
Every Truelife product has the same story. It begins in Europe and passes through our hands from the first sketch to the final inspection.
Development and Design in Europe
We manage development, design, and testing from Europe. Our in-house team determines what the product should look like, what it should be capable of, and how it should be operated. We develop many products from scratch, starting with the first sketch, and we are closely involved in the development of others. But one thing always holds true: we base our work on real-world situations and user needs, not just on theoretical concepts. Only then do we carefully select components and fine-tune every detail.
Testing Down to the Last Detail
Before a product reaches you, it undergoes a series of tests in several European countries. We combine our own tests with verification by independent external laboratories, testing both individual components and the product as a whole. Medical devices, such as blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and pulse oximeters, also comply with the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR), one of the strictest standards in existence today. We consider CE and RoHS marking to be a fundamental requirement, not a bonus. And because we believe that simplicity is power, we pride ourselves on easy and intuitive operation.
Where and How We Manufacture
We manufacture with carefully selected Asian manufacturers who have passed audits and meet both international and European standards. Just to qualify as a supplier for us, a manufacturer must meet strict certification requirements. However, what matters more to us than where a product is made is how it is made. Our team is present throughout the entire production process, overseeing every stage. Every item undergoes a quality check right on the assembly line. In addition, we test each batch using random sampling in accordance with ISO and ANSI/ASQ standards. And because we're constantly on-site during production, we incorporate every improvement immediately into the next batch. That way, you receive only products we stand behind.
