What UVCAir® technology helps
One of the elements we use in our purifiers is UV lamps. They use shortwave ultraviolet (UV-C) light, which has the ability to destroy microorganisms by penetrating their cell wall and disrupting their DNA. This light with a wavelength of 200-275nm can effectively eliminate viruses and bacteria in the environment. This will ensure a healthier environment in the apartment.
UVCAir® technology reliably destroys the vast majority of bacteria, microorganisms, viruses, bacilli, streptococci, protozoa, spores, yeast, algae and paramecium. This is a photochemical disinfection / sterilization process that produces no toxic by-products or chemical products that would affect the environment!
UVCAir® is therefore the perfect aid for allergy sufferers who are sensitive to these microorganisms. By clearing the air, unpleasant symptoms such as sneezing, impaired breathing and itchy eyes are eliminated.
The technology also removes potential carcinogens from the apartment in the form of mould. In the initial stage, mould may not be visible to the naked eye, so cannot be noticed when cleaning. Even at this stage, however, they can emit harmful substances into the air that are dangerous to the human body. UVCAir® can detect these fungi and destroy them.
Among other things our air purifiers also use IonTrue® technology, which is based on the principle of air ionization - specifically to increase the amount of negative ions in the air.
